Fluent in Azure cloud .

Cloud aware in scripting not necessarily developing but somebody who is fluent in building IAC infrastructure as code and in IS, PAS various tools and services in Azure cloud .

Versatile and understands and who is network services aware.

Security services aware and is Azure stack aware .

Who can understand languages, serialization languages like Jason and gravel who can build patterns in Azure cloud that is Dev Ops ,a person that kind of brings that skill set.

Overall Azure engineers to help existing resource.

Requires engineering expertise and just not monitoring stuff but somebody who understands how to build and configure and integrate things in the Azure cloud.

A person that can look and understand what the CH need and who can build standards when it comes to infrastructure as code.

Knows terraform , puppet, chef and other configuration management tools.

Build patterns and build standards and help to build a service catalog .

4-7 years of experience in Azure cloud.

Working in US .

Has certifications which is a plus but experience is important.
