Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Developer to own, optimize, and scale our CRM ecosystem across the organization. This role will focus primarily on Zoho One while also taking ownership of HubSpot to ensure seamless integration, automation, and data consistency across platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can both build and maintain CRM systems while partnering cross-functionally with Operations and Sales teams., * Own and manage the Zoho One ecosystem, including customization, workflows, and ongoing optimization
- Take responsibility for HubSpot, ensuring alignment with business processes and data structure
- Design and implement automations, integrations, and workflows to improve efficiency
- Maintain and improve data integrity, reporting, and dashboards across CRM platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive CRM adoption across teams
- Manage integrations between CRM platforms and other internal/external tools
Requirements
Do you have experience in Zoho?, * 3+ years of experience as a CRM Developer, CRM Administrator, or similar role
- Familiarity with scripting (Deluge for Zoho, JavaScript, etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho One
- Proven ability to build workflows, automations, and integrations
- Experience with APIs, data migrations, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data architecture
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and dashboards
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience working in operations-heavy environments
- Knowledge of sales and marketing funnels
- Experience with additional CRM or ERP systems like HubSpot, NetSuite, among others.
