Job description
We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer/Administrator to support the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing administration of our Salesforce environment. This is a hybrid Admin/Developer role focused on Service Cloud functionality, case management processes, and email integrations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with hands-on experience configuring Salesforce solutions that improve customer service operations.
Administer and enhance the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
Configure and customize Salesforce to support business and operational needs.
Design, build, and optimize case management workflows and processes.
Configure and maintain email-to-case and related email integration functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing platform support.
Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
Experience in a Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator/Developer hybrid role.
Strong Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
Hands-on experience building and supporting case management solutions.
Experience setting up and managing Salesforce email integrations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce).
Experience with Quontic/Quontics integrations, updates, or related Salesforce implementations.
Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certifications.
