AI Engineer - Permanent

• Model development & MLOps: training/fine-tuning pipelines, experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases), CI/CD for models, model registries, monitoring and drift detection in production
• LLM & GenAI systems: RAG architectures, vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate), embedding strategies, prompt engineering and evaluation harnesses, agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or comparable), MCP server design and tool-calling architectures
• Infrastructure: containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), at least one major cloud’s ML stack (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI)
• Data engineering fundamentals: orchestration (Airflow, Dagster), transformation (dbt, Spark), API design (REST/GraphQL) for serving models and agents into client systems
• Governance: familiarity with AI governance/compliance considerations relevant to regulated sectors (finance, insurance), audit trails, explainability, data lineage

We are seeking an AI Engineer with a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy transformative AI and machine learning solutions., * Strong Python engineering practice. This isn’t a notebook-only role, you ship code that runs in production

• Proven experience deploying ML/AI systems end-to-end, not just building models in isolation
• Comfortable owning architecture decisions and defending them in front of technical and business stakeholders
