Job description

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Product Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing and supporting the organisation’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform capabilities. This multi-faceted role combines business analysis, application support, training, testing, and product ownership to ensure the CRM platform is effectively leveraged across the organisation. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to drive improvements, deliver training, and ensure the system evolves in line with user needs and strategic goals., Product Ownership & Business Analysis

  • Act as the internal champion for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, promoting best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise and deliver CRM improvements aligned with business objectives.

Training & Documentation

  • Develop and deliver user training sessions and materials to support adoption and effective use of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation including user guides, process flows, and training manuals.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Design and execute test cases for new features and system changes.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality standards are met before deployment.

Application Support

  • Provide 1st/2nd line support for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues, liaise with vendors where necessary, and ensure timely resolution.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

  • Build strong relationships with business users to understand their needs and ensure the CRM platform supports their work effectively.
  • Work closely with IT teams, including developers and infrastructure, to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Proven ability to write functional specifications and design test cases.
  • Experience in delivering training and creating training documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience in application support and issue resolution.

Desirable

  • Experience in a similar role such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, CRM Consultant, or Application Support Analyst.

  • Familiarity with Agile or ITIL methodologies.

Dynamics 365 CRM Product Analyst - Central Government - £500 - £600 a day - Outside IR35 - Initial 6 month contract
