We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join Agile development teams supporting a major digital transformation programme. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and testers to analyse business needs, define requirements, and support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in Agile environments, and a solid background in business process modelling and requirements engineering., * Gather, analyse, and document business requirements

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Model business processes using BPMN and UML
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
• Support testing activities, including functional and user acceptance testing
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and digital services
• Maintain project documentation using Confluence and collaborate through JIRA, * Business Requirements Gathering
