Job Description: We are seeking a Lead Software Developer/Architect who can quickly adapt, serve as a point of reference for the IT team, and take a hands-on approach to development and architecture. The ideal candidate should be a collaborative leader who actively engages in development tasks while guiding the team through technical challenges. You will also be in direct contact with the Management regarding road maps and vision regarding choices of software development and architecture., * Technical Leadership: Provide vision, architecture, and strategic direction for the software development team.

• Project Management: Oversee projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Team Guidance: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical support and guidance.
• Code Review: Ensure the quality and efficiency of the codebase through regular reviews.
• Technological Innovation: Drive innovation within the team and keep up-to-date with the latest technologies.
• Information Security Awareness: Promote awareness and ensure the implementation of information security and privacy measures.

• Completed HBO/WO education
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with C#, .NET 6, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, APIs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts
• Experience in handling IT privacy and security concerns
• Familiarity with both legacy and modern software systems
• Experience in cloud transition processes
