Job description

The Data Governance Specialist role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments.Mission Context:

In the context of continuous development of AI solutions, you will support the implementation of a strategic and seamless Responsible AI framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory and risk requirements, ethical and environmental standards, and societal expectations. Your work will increase the client’s reputation and trust through robust and safe AI solutions.Responsibilities:

  • Act as an independent technical expert, providing objective recommendations and solutions on best practices for AI system development, focusing on risk management such as mitigation of bias, explainability, fairness, reliability, and sustainability.
  • Challenge technical decisions and provide guidance to ensure the development of robust and trustworthy AI systems.
  • Develop and implement a medium- and long-term vision and strategy for leveraging Artificial Intelligence to drive business growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance on risk frameworks and act as a sounding board for any AI framework.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI Risk Frameworks (boards, policies, processes, artefacts, and tools) to ensure robustness and fairness of AI systems and use cases, including:

  • Accountability and ownership
  • Robustness and safety
  • Transparency and explainability
  • Human oversight
  • Privacy and data management
  • Non-discrimination and fairness
  • Societal and environmental impact

Collaborate closely with legal, risk, and data entities to align strategy with group policies and frameworks.Work intensively with data scientists and business analysts to design and implement solutions managing AI system risks.Engage transversally with business owners to ensure end-to-end risk management of AI solutions.Participate in risk management processes to ensure sustainability of AI solutions.Requirements, * Consultancy Nature: You will work on-site as a consultant, representing Keystone Solutions and delivering value to our clients.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a relevant legal, governance, and AI position.
  • Technical experience in Artificial Intelligence, preferably as a data scientist.
  • Risk-oriented, able to detect and manage risks of AI from ethical, legal, operational, IT, security, and technical perspectives (bias, hallucinations, explainability, etc.).
  • Good understanding of the legal regulatory framework surrounding AI development and deployment (including European AI Act, GDPR, etc.).
  • Understanding of the financial sector business and bank challenges, products, and processes.
  • Strong interest or passion for data & analytics, risk management related topics.
  • Strong technical skills in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Analytical and creative problem solver, able to iterate and adapt quickly while developing sustainable deliverables and solutions.
  • Comfortable interacting with all types of people across the organization, able to engage them into the framework.
  • Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Team player, willing to share knowledge and insights.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in French and/or Dutch.
  • Education: Computer Science, AI Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Certification: Any certification justifying knowledge in Artificial Intelligence development, regulations, or risk management.
  • Telework: Expectation of 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
