Job description

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Trustoo, you’ll work on many aspects of the platform. We continuously add new functionality to our apps and infrastructure. As we grow and scale, we want to keep improving and adopt the latest technology, so you will work for a team that drives innovation. We’re looking for someone who brings not only technical skill but also initiative and ownership. Someone who thrives on running projects end-to-end, perhaps has built side projects, or even helped launch/start a company. Having a publicly available portfolio or proven track record that we can look at is a strong plus.We practice Agile methodology and embrace modern development practices, including AI-assisted coding. At the heart of our success is close cooperation between developers, product managers, and marketers (UX/UI, Content, SEO & SEA). That’s why we do everything in-house with a dedicated team. This enables us to innovate quickly and learn what really works.

Our Tech Stack:

  • Front-end: React.js and Next.js for web applications
  • Back-end: CakePHP framework
  • AI: Python, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini
  • Version Control: GitHub
  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS
  • Development Tools: JetBrains, AI-first IDEs (e.g., Cursor), and LLMs
  • Best Practices: Code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, clean code principles., * Build and improve AI tooling for our SMB customers
  • Build and improve new products and product features
  • Build and improve React/Next.js front-end applications (including A/B testing), APIs, dashboards, search, and data flows
  • Develop and maintain React/Next.js front-end applications and back-end services in CakePHP
  • Use AI-first IDEs and LLMs to write better code faster
  • Deploy to AWS and collaborate via Github
  • Take ownership of projects, from concept to implementation
  • Work closely with colleagues across development, product, and marketing to innovate and scale.

What does your day look like? You’ll start with the daily stand-up with your platform team colleagues. You set your own priorities within the sprint goals: planning, developing, testing, and shipping.   • Has strong knowledge of Python
  • Has knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, and PHP
  • Has experience in building AI Agents and RAG pipelines
  • Has experience with or interest in Next.js, CakePHP, GitHub, and AWS
  • Actively uses AI-first IDEs and LLMs to boost productivity
  • Is capable of running projects independently, taking initiative, and delivering results
