Are you the experienced SAP Finance Consultant who wants to make an impact with top customers and work on innovative, AI and Cloud-driven transformations?

You’ll join the SAP Finance team at our client in the Netherlands. Our client was recently appointed an SAP Global Strategic Service Partner, focusing on cloud-native, AI-driven transformations through the their company platform. Their team is known for its deep SAP expertise, innovative mindset, strong client relationships, and a culture of growth, integrity, and impact.

As a Senior SAP Finance Consultant, you’ll lead projects and workstreams within SAP Finance transformations, and you’ll be a visible and authoritative presence for customers and in our market.

Your role and responsibilities

• Project & Delivery Lead: Lead large SAP Finance implementations, migrations (greenfield, brownfield, bluefield), and transformations with AI and Cloud integration.

• Business development: Performing a role in pre-sales propositions and RFP processes.
• Leadership: Building, coaching, and inspiring teams of managers and consultants (depending on your level, of course). Promoting collaboration with other teams.
• Expertise development: Enriching our Velocity platform with SAP knowledge and experience, contributing to co-innovation in collaboration with SAP.

• Depending on your level, we are looking for someone with 3+, 5+ or 10+ years of experience as an SAP Finance consultant, including extensive experience as a project or workstream lead.

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations (migration, implementation, optimization).
• A background in consulting and ability to manage stakeholders at different levels, both internally and externally.
• Customer-oriented, enterprising and a strong communicator - in English. If you speak Dutch then this would be a bonus (but not essential)
• A strong team player with a coaching leadership style. Focused on integrity, trust, and growth.
• S/4HANA Finance certifications and Public Cloud experience are a plus.
