You like to go deep on Android? You have deep technical interest in building great UX, reliable, fast and secure Android apps? Maybe perspectively you want to have the chance to use ML models and computer vision on the mobile device? Then search no longer, come to us and work with our world class team!

Our Android app is an important part to navigate our users as easily as possible through a complex web of compliance, security and technology. We want our users to feel fully guided while our tech makes the difficult decisions. Perspectively computer vision and machine learning in the apps on the mobile device will play an important role in improving our user experience even further.

As part of our Engineering team you collaborate with Product Managers, QA Managers, our Computer Vision and Machine Learning experts directly and daily. Together with all these disciplines you will build the best Ident app in the market! You are responsible for:

  • Product development: Together with our product team, you will build new features and improve existing ones to make life better for our users and customers.
  • Ensure we understand our apps: Integrate metrics, validate our assumptions through data, and identify problems you observe.
  • Improve our security: We use various methods (e.g. Google’s Play Integrity) to ensure that devices are genuine.
  • Improve UX: Improve the little details that make all the difference between a Figma design and what users actually use.
  • Master network communication: Our apps heavily rely on our backend systems and require optimal management of network resources.
  • Be ready to use ML models: We are experts in computer vision and machine learning, and we want to leverage this expertise on the mobile side as well.

Requirements

  • Excellent experience in Android software engineering (over 3 years).
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Experience in ML or CV would be an advantage.
  • Fluent English required.
