IT Systems Technician

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Systems Technician to join our innovative technology team. • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or patches to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to operating systems, network connectivity, and application performance promptly and effectively.
• Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, databases (Oracle), APIs, and virtualization environments.
• Collaborate with development teams using Agile methodologies to support SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes involving Java, Python, and DevOps practices.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages like Python or Java to improve efficiency.
• Assist in the deployment of cloud-based solutions and integration of APIs for seamless data exchange between systems.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports meticulously for future reference and compliance.

Do you have experience in ERP systems?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

• Proven experience supporting IT infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Linux; familiarity with AWS, Azure, and cloud computing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python or Java for automation purposes.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile project management frameworks.
• Familiarity with databases like Oracle and API integration techniques.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
