SAP Developer/Global Support Manager

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a SAP Developer/Global Support Manager for a remote opportunity for candidates in the EST. Candidate will provide senior-level SAP ABAP development, architecture, and enterprise application support for a large-scale public sector ERP environment. This role will support ongoing enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and modernization initiatives within a complex SAP ECC ecosystem., * Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions in accordance with enterprise development standards.

• Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, enhancement development, and ongoing production support.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Support SAP upgrades, support package implementations, performance optimization, and integration efforts.
• Develop unit tests, technical documentation, and implementation artifacts for enterprise applications.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in planning, roadmap development, and after-hours support activities as needed.

• Must currently reside in South Carolina; relocation is not permitted.
• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development and solution architecture experience.
• 10+ years of experience supporting SAP ECC FI environments.
• Strong expertise with ABAP Objects, Web Dynpro, BAPI development, enhancement framework, and SAP Workbench tools.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, OSS notes, support packs, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies including PI, IDocs, RFCs, SOAP/REST web services, and file-based integrations.
• Proven experience working within public sector or government SAP environments.
• Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience of the SAP Developer/Global Support Manager:

• Experience developing WRICEF objects in ECC 6.0, SRM, and BW environments.
• S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
• Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience.
• Experience creating test cases, training materials, and end-user documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Visio, and Project.
