Job description
As a Full Stack Developer at TCPWave, you will contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission-critical applications used by global customers. You will work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality software solutions., The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing modern web applications across both frontend and backend systems. This role requires expertise in building responsive user interfaces, designing APIs, managing databases, and deploying scalable applications in cloud or hybrid environments.
You will participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture discussions, coding, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and deployment.
This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy working across multiple layers of the technology stack and want to contribute to enterprise-grade networking and automation products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and enterprise web platforms.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and UI libraries.
- Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices architectures to support frontend and platform integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Integrate applications with cloud services, databases, authentication systems, and third-party APIs.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across frontend and backend environments.
- Troubleshoot software defects, production issues, and system bottlenecks.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and deployment procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Support agile development methodologies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality, reliability, and release readiness.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies including:
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- HTML5
- CSS3
- React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong experience with backend development using:
- Java
- Python
- Node.js
- Spring Boot
- Express.js
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- MongoDB
- Redis
- Experience working with Git-based version control systems.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and scalable application architecture.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., * Experience developing enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Exposure to networking technologies including DNS, DHCP, IPAM, load balancing, or network automation.
- Experience with AI/ML integrations or data-driven applications.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Exposure to GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of performance monitoring and observability tools.
- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities are a plus.
