Power Platform Developer (senior, mid-level, junior)

In this role, you will harness the power of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to develop scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that transform business processes. Your expertise will enable organizations to automate workflows, analyze data insights, and build custom applications that drive productivity and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within a collaborative environment committed to continuous growth and technological advancement., * Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps tailored to meet diverse business needs.

• Automate complex workflows and processes utilizing Power Automate to enhance efficiency across departments.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing IT infrastructure, including RESTful APIs, Azure services, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Stay current with emerging trends in software development, web development, and cloud technologies like AWS and Azure to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of application development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile.

• Proficiency in front-end development technologies including JavaScript, React Express, and VBA for customizing user interfaces.
• Solid knowledge of backend programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, C++, C, and SQL for data manipulation and API integration.
• Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs for system integration; familiarity with web development frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub, SVN, and Git for collaborative code management.
• Experience working within IT infrastructure environments involving Linux servers, MySQL databases, AWS cloud services, and Azure platform integrations.
• Knowledge of security best practices including RBAC to ensure secure application deployment.
• Strong understanding of web development principles using frameworks like React and Express; experience with .NET is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt quickly in an environment that emphasizes continuous learning within Agile teams; excellent problem-solving skills are essential. • Strong Power Platform experience using both Model Driven and Canvas apps.
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, MIS, a related technology field, or equivalent experience
• Competencies in Data Warehouse Principals
• Experience working with and managing datasets
• Experience working with an Agile development team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Team-oriented environment with multiple shifting priorities
• Experience responding to customer-related inquiries and helpdesk support ticket escalation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
