Job description

We’re expanding AI capabilities in Customer Service and are looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about solving complex product problems with data. You will work on AI products, design and evaluate experiments, measure business impact, and help shape how AI improves customer and partner experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Explore large-scale datasets to uncover actionable insights.
  • Design, analyse, and interpret A/B tests and other experiments.
  • Measure the impact of AI products and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Apply statistical methods and causal inference to support product decisions.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Own Data Science projects from problem definition through implementation.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the Data Science community.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong Python skills for data analysis and modelling.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake and PySpark.
  • Solid understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and causal inference.
  • Experience working on product analytics or AI/ML products.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
