Job description

Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Corporate Compliance Associate II supporting clinical trials across our research sites. In this role, you’ll ensure data quality and regulatory compliance while contributing to meaningful clinical research that improves health outcomes. You’ll coordinate operational compliance activities across multiple studies, maintain critical documentation, and work closely with monitors and sponsor representatives to uphold the highest standards of data integrity. As part of our clinical research portfolio, you’ll play an essential role in optimizing participant experiences in clinical trials and enabling life-changing therapies to reach those who need them.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in clinical research, data management, or related field

  • Technical certification may be required for certain positions

  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements

  • Proficient in electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) data entry and query resolution

  • Experience maintaining Investigator Site Files (ISF) and study documentation

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control capabilities

  • Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple studies simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to learn and apply medical terminology

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Bilingual skills may be required for specific positions

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Experience with monitoring visit preparation and follow-up

  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance requirements

  • Physical ability to be stationary for extended periods and perform computer work

  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
