  • Ensure environment parity across dev, staging, and production.
  • Support containerized and Kubernetes-based platforms.

Reliability & Observability

  • Build observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) as a trust mechanism.
  • Lead incident response practices, including postmortems and systemic improvements., * Hybrid work model and versatile working schedule that would suit night owls and early birds.
  • 25 days of annual leave.
  • Full medical insurance for the employee and their family.
  • Possibilities of career development and the opportunity to shape the company’s future.
  • An employee-centric culture directly inspired by employee feedback - your voice is heard, and your perspective encouraged.
  • Different training programs to support your personal and professional development.
  • Work in a fast-growing, international company.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, including Azure DevOps.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD architecture.
  • Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Experience with containers and Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Proficiency in automation/scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Experience with monitoring, logging and incident management practices.
  • Ability to explain complex technical and security topics in simple non-confrontational language., * Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (Life Sciences, Finance, etc.).
