PC Analyst

Provide technical and application support to end users including but not limited to the configuration, installation, maintenance and repair. Maintain accurate inventories including hardware, applications and media. Provide first and second level support to the help desk and data center support functions in MIS. Remote work available per hospital policy., 1. 20% Design, implement and support standard configuration of end user information technology, applications and media

1. 20% Design, implement and support peripheral devices.

2. 20% Maintain accurate inventory of equipment including but not limited to serial numbers, software versions, warranty and location.

3. 20% Provide first and second level support to the MIS Service Desk

4. 10% Consults with appropriate individuals to facilitate equipment moves and installation for renovations, new construction, relocations and new business services,

5. 10% Provides quotes to cost center managers for new equipment, application and media purchases.

6. On call per the needs of the Department

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Software installation?, Do you have a Trade school?, * Education: Degree in business or information systems preferred or equivalent experience; completion of technical school certification or A+ certification preferred

• Experience: 1-3 years experience in a corporate IT support role preferred
• Other Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills; project management, strong customer service orientation
• Valid drivers license
