Agile coach

That you make a crucial contribution to one of the largest Agile Transformations currently underway in the Netherlands. You are an agile consultant and coach for leadership teams at Rabobank. You make a difference by guiding senior leadership in a professional agile organization that continuously improves. You are capable of independently creating strategic plans and then implementing them. With your strategic advisory skills and execution power, you ensure that the Agile organization within Rabobank is further realized.

Creating Impact:

• By fostering the growth of organizational components through agile methodology and mindset.
• By being a sparring partner at various levels, both at the leadership level and across departments.
• Utilizing your demonstrable consultancy skills to identify bottlenecks in the transformation and providing advice and solutions to resolve them.
• Demonstrable experience within agile frameworks and agile at scale.
• By promoting the way of working to the leadership and the department.
• Ensuring that the leadership team and the department take ownership of achieving (transformation) objectives.
• Collaborating and improving with other agile coaches on the way of working.
• Demonstrating exemplary behavior, including giving feedback, taking ownership, and reflecting.

It’s logical that customer focus, storytelling, consultancy skills, coaching, agility, and emotional intelligence are indispensable for this role. Specifically for this position, we require previous experience and knowledge in a Credit Modelling & Analytics environment. For example, because you have a background in Model Development or have previously conducted Agile coaching in a (Credit) modelling or analytics environment. In addition, it is important that you recognize everything on the checklist below:

• A completed HBO/WO education and at least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting/coaching of MTs and organizations.
• You strive for a uniform working method that creates speed and are continuously active in seeking improvements in the organization.
• You have a good analytical ability.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing (communication within the tribe is predominantly in English).
• You have courage, know how to inspire and confront people in a respectful manner.
• You know how to connect people and possess strong stakeholder management skills at a senior/GD level.
• Through your demonstrable consultancy skills, you are someone who identifies bottlenecks but also provides advice and solutions to resolve them, and helps implement and embed these solutions.
