Job description

Edwards Lifesciences in Spain seeks an experienced IT support specialist to deliver on-site hardware support for desktops, laptops and peripherals. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, implement imaging and deployment processes, and assist with lifecycle upgrades.

Requirements

The role requires 5 years of IT hardware/software experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Active Directory, Cisco IP Phones, VPN and Office365. On-site work with regional and global guidance is expected.
