Software Engineer

Requirements - We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to grow in an ethics-driven environment that values sustainability and diversity. - Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, a related technical field or relevant industry experience. - Expert knowledge of Python. - 3+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on machine learning, data science or operations research applications. - Hands-on experience with front-end development with a known JS framework (preferably Next.js). - Experience in developing, deploying and maintaining software systems on the cloud, e.g. AWS. - Proficiency with git and CI/CD pipelines. - Demonstrated experience in coaching and knowledge sharing to familiarize teams with software engineering best practices. - Strong ability to work with APIs and design efficient application workflows. - Excellent communication and soft skills: a people’s person. - Ability to work with experts from different professional backgrounds, both in-person and through online resources.
