Your Role: You will act as a bridge between central IT and business functions, delivering solutions that help achieve business goals and improve business processes., Serve as a process specialist for IT within the BE&D team, leading implementation and migration projects, and participating as an SME during system implementations within the PPL-ITF domain. The level of involvement will vary depending on the impact on other systems within the domain. Responsible for rolling out and embedding the key user support model and the change and incident model when system implementations transition to maintenance. Coordinate improvement initiatives (change requests) related to IT systems within or affecting the PPL-IT landscape. Support the PPL IT Portfolio Manager in establishing frameworks, processes, products & services, maintenance structures, and leading initiatives. As Coordinator/SME, offer development programs for Key Users, support and advise Key Users, especially when they are project members of an IT system implementation. Represent Key Users in the PPL-IT Portfolio board for change requests, planning, etc. Assist Key Users with minor configuration changes in the IT system and advise businesses and Key Users on the design and use of information systems. Lead PPL-IT Change and Incident Management, managing a backlog of change requests within the PPL IT domain. Align, prioritize, plan, and coordinate changes, daily activities, deliverables, and performance based on KPIs with service providers. Ensure alignment with the Data Custodian and Data Privacy Officer regarding the impact of changes/improvements on the data structure. Collaborate with ITF (Service Managers, IT Service Officers, Solution Architects) on daily and maintenance activities within the PPL-IT domain. Analyze and optimize business IT processes and infrastructure to support business strategy and goals. Promote the implementation of standard functionalities and adherence to standards.

Bachelor’s degree. At least three years of in-depth experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central to support Key Users and challenge our Service Partner. This is a must. Ambition to develop knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other PPL IT applications further. This is a must. Strong communication skills. You must not only be a good listener but also have the courage to ask questions. This is a must. Ability to think in processes and maintain an overview. This is considered a must. Eager to learn. This is a must. At least three years of in-depth knowledge of HR processes and the ability to identify improvements in the processes. Analytical mindset. You have a sharp mind and can quickly process and analyze complex information. Decisive. You show initiative, decisiveness, and can quickly respond to new information. Basic knowledge of ITIL or BiSL is an advantage.
