Embedded Hardware Engineer

• Further developing existing test and control systems
• Integrating new controller models into existing product lines
• Building depot solution
• Designing and reworking PCBs and circuit diagrams (microcontrollers, I2C, power supplies)
• Working on serial communication modules, socket testers and compressor testers
• Designing tough enclosures
• 3D modelling and prototyping using Fusion 360 and 3D printing
• Creating production drawings for manufacturing partners
• Designing front panels and operator interfaces

• Solid understanding of electronics and hardware development
• Experience with schematic design and PCB layout (Eagle or similar)
• Familiarity with industrial systems and communication protocols

This would be a plus

Mechanical

• Experience with 3D CAD, preferably Fusion 360, or willing to pick it up
• Ability to translate physical components into manufacturable designs
• Eye for robust design that survives outdoor and industrial use
