Job description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Level 1 Data Center Technicians to support receiving, ECU flashing, and rack integration operations in a high-volume production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates, interns, or individuals looking to start a career in data center operations and hardware deployment.

Technicians do not need advanced technical experience, but they must be coachable, disciplined, organized, and able to follow established procedures with consistency and accuracy.

Rack & Stack Support

  • Mount and install 2U devices and chassis into server racks
  • Install cage nuts, rails, cable arms, and hardware components properly
  • Connect RJ45 and power cabling cleanly and efficiently
  • Maintain proper cable dressing and follow established color-coding standards
  • Support high-volume deployments while maintaining organization and quality

Requirements

Do you have experience in Standard operating procedures (SOPs)?, * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to follow written procedures and checklists
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools
  • Understanding of basic ESD handling practices preferred
  • Basic rack & stack experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift and move hardware equipment as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level IT, electronics, or low-voltage experience
  • Previous warehouse, production, or hardware handling experience
  • Experience working with structured cabling or server hardware is a plus
  • Coachable attitude with willingness to learn
