Job description

  • Planung und Implementierung von IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Troubleshooting und Fehlerbehebung (2nd & 3rd Level) von IT-Systemen
  • Betreuung und Wartung von Servern, Netzwerken und Datenbanken
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen und technischen Handbüchern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen

Requirements

  • Kenntnise im Umgang mit IT-Infrastruktur-Lösungen: z.B. mit Microsoft, Dell, HPE, Veeam und VMware
  • Storage- und Servermanagementenntnisse: z.B. mit HPE und Dell
  • Networking- und IT-Securitykenntnisse: z.B. mit HPE Aruba, Barracuda, Fortinet, Palo Alto oder Sophos
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Modern Workplace Lösungen: z.B. mit Dell, HP, Matrix42, Citrix oder Microsoft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Cloud-Umgebungen: z.B. mit Microsoft Azure, Office365
