Job description

We are looking for an AI-Assisted Web Developer who can efficiently turn Figma designs into high-quality, responsive websites while using AI tools to streamline and accelerate the development process.

This person should understand how to use AI strategically for coding, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and faster execution, while still relying on strong development fundamentals, attention to detail, and human oversight.

The ideal candidate has experience building clean, modern front-end websites from design mockups and can bring layouts to life with interactive features, smooth transitions, and animation elements that enhance the user experience. They should be comfortable balancing speed, creativity, and precision, and know how to use AI as a practical tool to improve efficiency without compromising quality.

Figma experience is required. This role is ideal for someone who understands design intent, development best practices, responsive layouts, and the importance of building from a mobile-first mindset, since most users now browse and search from mobile devices.

Responsibilities

  • Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive, mobile-first websites
  • Build modern front-end layouts that closely match approved designs
  • Use AI tools to assist with coding, troubleshooting, development workflows, and faster execution
  • Create interactive features, smooth transitions, and tasteful animation elements that improve the user experience
  • Follow front-end development best practices for structure, speed, accessibility, and usability
  • Collaborate with designers, SEO team members, project managers, and other developers
  • Ensure websites are built with clean code, responsive functionality, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Troubleshoot bugs, layout issues, mobile problems, and performance concerns
  • Assist with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS-based website builds as needed
  • Maintain quality control and review AI-assisted work carefully before implementation

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Strong front-end development experience

  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive development

  • Strong understanding of mobile-first development
  • Ability to create clean, polished, modern website layouts
  • Experience with WordPress development as well as Shopify experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of website performance, usability, and SEO-friendly development practices
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is not just a developer who “uses AI,” but someone who understands how to use AI wisely. You should know when AI can speed up your workflow, when to double-check the output, and when human judgment is required. We are looking for someone who can move quickly, think creatively, build accurately, and help our team deliver better websites faster.
