Job description

As a digital transformation architect on our team, you’ll use your expertise to transform the training and experimentation capacity of our clients by planning and implementing live, virtual, and constructive solutions. Using operational requirements analysis, translating those into technical requirements, and understanding the capabilities various programs bring, you’ll work alongside key stakeholders and other advisors to share your expertise on technical training ecosystems and implement and integrate transformative technology, systems, and processes. In this role, you’ll directly impact the DoD by integrating live, virtual, and constructive training solutions to enable joint warfighting mission rehearsal. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with DoD as a tactical warfighting leader
  • 2+ years of experience with leadership at a DoD training range of an LVC-enabled range or at any distributed training center
  • Knowledge of DoD Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) programs and distributed mission operations technologies
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with combat aviation
  • Experience with the Command of an LVC-enabled training range or distributed training center
  • Knowledge of HLA protocol
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
