Turn Strategy into Scalable Digital Growth

We’re seeking a driven eCommerce Requirements Analyst to partner with Product Management in translating business initiatives into clearly defined, executable features that power digital commerce growth. This role operates at the feature level-framing business problems, defining customer value, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity and prepare initiatives for prioritization and delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate business initiatives into epics, features, and user stories
  • Write detailed, development-ready acceptance criteria
  • Document business rules, functional requirements, risks, and success metrics
  • Map customer journeys and operational workflows to identify improvements
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
  • Support intake and prioritization by assessing impact and value
  • Ensure teams receive complete, actionable requirements

Required Qualifications

eCommerce Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
  • Direct experience supporting B2B or B2C eCommerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Product detail pages
  • Search and navigation
  • Cart, checkout, and quoting flows
  • Inventory visibility
  • Order lifecycle
  • Account dashboards and self-service features
  1. Requirements Framing & Feature Ownership * Proven experience writing: + Epics + Features + User stories + Acceptance criteria * Ability to translate business needs into structured, development-ready requirements * Experience documenting: + Business rules + Functional requirements + Dependencies and risks + Success metrics

3.Business Process & Workflow Thinking

  • Strong ability to map customer journeys and operational workflows
  • Experience identifying pain points and recommending improvements
  • Ability to think through automation, approval flows, and exception handling
  • Comfortable balancing customer experience with operational realities
  1. Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments * Comfortable participating in backlog refinement and sprint planning * Proven ability to act as liaison between business and engineering teams * Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills

  2. Prioritization & Strategic Support * Experience supporting intake and prioritization processes * Ability to help assess impact, effort, and business value * Comfortable operating in a roadmap-driven product environment
