Job description

  • Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Build and optimise data models using dbt.
  • Develop and maintain data solutions within Snowflake.
  • Work with AWS services to support data ingestion, storage and transformation.
  • Ensure data quality, reliability and performance across the data platform.
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
  • Support CI/CD, testing and deployment of data engineering workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience as a Data Engineer.
  • Hands-on expertise with Snowflake.
  • Strong experience using AWS for data engineering solutions.
  • Proven experience developing data transformations using dbt.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience optimising complex queries.
  • Experience building scalable, production-grade data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and Agile delivery practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
  • Experience with Databricks.
