As a Manager/Senior Consultant in SAP Transformation Enablement and Infused ERP, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation, with a particular focus on sustainability and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with clients across a range of industries, supporting them to leverage SAP and related technologies to deliver innovative, sustainable business solutions.
Deloitte practitioners in this space are highly collaborative and client-facing, covering the full delivery lifecycle. You will work with agile teams to ensure our services meet client needs, applying your delivery and technical expertise to produce quality solutions for organisations seeking to embed sustainability into their core business processes. Our clients span a range of industries, including:

- Telecoms, Media & Technology (TMT)
As a Manager in SAP Transformation Enablement and Infused ERP, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and delivery of SAP Sustainability Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Advising clients on the integration of sustainability into core business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire).
- Facilitating workshops and leading client conversations, including with mid-level and senior executive stakeholders, to gather requirements, map processes, and design solutions.
- Providing expertise on sustainability topics, with a deep-dive specialism in areas such as carbon accounting or product traceability.
- Supporting clients to interpret and comply with key sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, EU Taxonomy, CBAM, EUDR).
- Overseeing the configuration, testing, and validation of SAP and non-SAP solutions, ensuring they meet both business and regulatory needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and technical leads, to deliver end-to-end transformation programmes.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members, fostering an inclusive team culture where contributions are recognised.
- Supporting project management activities, including scoping, estimation, and reporting, within agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP Sustainability Management solutions (e.g., EHS, SFM, SCT, RDP, Green Ledger, Green Token), with hands-on experience at least one.
- Intermediate level of core business process knowledge (e.g., OTC, RTR, STP, HTR) and their relevance for sustainability topics.
- Intermediate domain knowledge of sustainability topics, with at least one deep-diving specialism (e.g., carbon accounting, product traceability).
- Intermediate understanding of key sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, EU Taxonomy, CBAM, EUDR).
- Foundational understanding of the wider SAP product suite (e.g., S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors) and common non-SAP enterprise tooling (e.g., Anaplan, Coupa).
- Experience in core consulting skills, including requirements gathering, data analysis, business requirement documentation, functional process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Experience leading workshops, creating process designs, and testing to validate solutions.
- Experience leading client conversations with mid-level seniority stakeholders.
The following will be an added advantage:
- Sustainability Knowledge Academic education and/or working experience in environmental planning, infrastructure, engineering, geospatial science, or nature/biodiversity is an advantage.
- End to end experience working in S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Advanced specialism in multiple sustainability domains (e.g., carbon accounting, product traceability).
- Advanced knowledge of one or more sustainability reporting frameworks or regulations (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, EU Taxonomy, CBAM, EUDR).
- Experience in leading client conversations at a senior executive level.
- Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
- Strong documentation ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A âcan doâ attitude, with a hands-on and flexible approach to emerging requirements.
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering market-leading solutions that make a difference.
- Professional working proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to travel internationally and stay away from home for up to 5 days each week for specific durations, based on programme needs.
