System Test Lead

Understanding of System Architecture, design, software & hardware. Hands-on experience in Embedded systems testing (Medical domain is preferable). Understanding of Product development lifecycle and validating the performance, reliability, and functionality of entire system. Understands system integration activities and compatibility across subsystems. Understands system level risk assessments and support design Support system verification and Validation efforts including Test plan creation, execution and traceability Understand and participate in System Design and requirement reviews, troubleshooting and issue resolution. Monitor and manage system performance against KPI and customer expectations Ensure Design compliance with relevant Regulatory, Safety and Industry standards. Design test cases to include test methodology, test setups, materials, equipment, procedure, and acceptance criteria by analyzing requirements. Good knowledge on Medical device standards like ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA, CE and other IEC standards. Working experience on tools like JAMA, JIRA ,ALM, Polarion or similar tools. Ability to work with cross functional teams and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts. Experience in design transfer and sustenance engineering change review.
