Epicor/Kinetic SME Consultant - Scheduling Platform

Architect an automated scheduling engine within Kinetic to facilitate predictive work-order management and delivery accuracy. Configure resource groups, material constraints, and subcontract lead times to maximize global scheduling efficiency. Implement MRP and MES frameworks optimized for long-span manufacturing cycles and low-volume production. Design “Available to Promise” (ATP) models to provide real-time visibility into resource capacity for new opportunities. Develop custom dashboards and advanced reporting to monitor critical path milestones and production margins. Execute mass data remediation and system record synchronization utilizing the DMT utility. Lead cross-departmental technical workshops to align system configurations with operational engineering and quality standards. 10+ years of professional experience in technical and functional implementation of Epicor or Kinetic ERP platforms. Proficiency in Kinetic Global Scheduling modules and advanced automated production planning engines. Experience with high-mix, low-volume “job shop” manufacturing environments and multi-level assembly structures. Experience in configuring Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Experience with Data Management Tool (DMT) for executing complex database updates and large-scale migrations. Experience with Business Activity Queries (BAQs) and designing custom technical dashboards and reports. Excellent communication and mentoring skills for translating technical system logic to diverse business units.
