Contract: Interim (3-12 Months)

Full Time We are recruiting for an experienced Interim Housing Applications & Systems Support Analyst to support a Local Authority’s Housing Technology team on a remote interim assignment. This role will focus on supporting and maintaining the NEC Integrated Housing Management System and associated applications, ensuring system stability, service continuity and ongoing improvements. Key Responsibilities * Support and maintain NEC Housing applications. * Manage incidents, changes, releases and system upgrades. * Ensure data integrity, governance and compliance. * Work with Housing Services, Digital teams and third-party suppliers. * Support business improvement and transformation initiatives. * Maintain system documentation and provide technical advice to stakeholders.
