Requirements

Do you have experience in Team development?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Strong interpersonal skills are essential for communicating technical complexities clearly to engineering partners, product management teams, and executives across Apple, Experience with Swift and its capabilities, 3-5 years of engineering management experience, involving mentoring of individual contributors (ICs) both as engineers, but as possible future leaders

Experience building on-device (handset or others) infrastructure

Comfort with ambiguity in projects and evolving requirements

Proven track record of developing a product vision, achieving cross-functional alignment and executing on it

Ability to empathize with client teams and to appreciate their needs

Proven ability to translate requirements from design to implementation, both independently and within larger teams

Demonstrated ability to actively manage team performance and take ownership of driving outcomes

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science or a related field

  • RSU, At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $198,300 and $342,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
