Job description

  • Installation, Austausch und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Endgeräten inkl. Clients, Notebooks und Peripherie
  • Auf- und Abbau von Hardware im Rahmen von Installationen, Umzügen und Rollout-Projekten
  • Anschluss und Basiskonfiguration von Hardware, Betriebssystemen, Software und einfachen Netzwerkeinstellungen
  • Durchführung standardisierter Funktionstests sowie Unterstützung bei Hardware-Reparaturen und Fehlerverfolgung
  • First- und Second Level Support
  • Dokumentation, Asset- und Inventarpflege in Ticket- und Kundensystemen

Requirements

  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support, Rollout, Field Service oder Workplace Services
  • Erfahrung in der Installation und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Endgeräten
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Hardware, Clients und Peripherie sowie Netzwerktechnik
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zur Vor-Ort-Tätigkeit am jeweiligen Einsatzort
