Business Intelligence Analyst

Kings View is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support organizational reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making. This role works closely with service lines, operational leaders, and Information Systems teams to transform data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational goals.

The BI Analyst serves as a key business and technical resource for developing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and analytics solutions while supporting enterprise-wide data quality and governance efforts., * Develop automated reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using BI tools

• Design and support data visualizations for leadership decision making
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to gather reporting requirements
• Perform data evaluation, cleansing, standardization, and validation
• Support data warehousing and data governance initiatives
• Conduct data quality and profiling activities
• Provide user education and support for BI applications
• Maintain awareness of emerging BI and analytics trends
• Support self-service reporting and data access initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Valid California Driver’s License (Class C)

Required Experience:

• Minimum five (5) years experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data warehousing
• Experience with dashboard and report development tools

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with BI reporting platforms and analytics tools
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of data management and reporting best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in related field preferred
• Experience within healthcare or behavioral health environments preferred
