• Lead the development and customisation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Build and maintain CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Develop Power Automate flows and integrate CRM with Azure services
• Work with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory Synapse Logic Apps and Function Apps
• Lead Agile ceremonies conduct requirement analysis and participate in solution design
• Mentor developers conduct peer reviews and promote software development best practices
• Translate functional specifications into technical specifications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges by analysing logs code data and technical documentation
• Stay updated with the latest trends and features in O365 and Azure technologies
