Oracle SCM Planning Techno Functional

• Act as the techno functional lead for Oracle Fusion SCM Planning, driving solution design, implementation, and support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SCM Planning configurations.
• Provide hands on expertise in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, and Advanced Supply Chain modules.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts, reports, and integrations to support planning processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between SCM Planning and other Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, Procurement, Manufacturing).
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across planning processes.
• Lead workshops, document solutions, and deliver knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to best practices.

• 10+ years overall experience in Oracle SCM applications with strong techno functional expertise.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management).
• Advanced PL/SQL programming and reporting skills.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS integrations.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and implement complex supply chain planning solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with business and technical teams.
