Experteer Overview You join IDOM’s Buildings team as a Junior Architect to work on national and international projects.In a multidisciplinary setting, you contribute to design and development while leveraging the latest BIM and design tools.You will grow through hands-on work, competitions, and collaboration with diverse teams.This role offers a clear path to increased responsibility and potential partnership in a multinational, values-driven firm.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Contribute to architectural design and project development for buildings of various scales* Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team using BIM and design tools* Participate in competitions and project work for national and international clients* Support senior designers in concept development and visualization* Apply Revit-BIM workflows and design software to create and refine models and drawings* Engage with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standardsResponsabilidades* Master in Architecture or equivalent* 1-2 years of professional experience in building projects (national and international)* Proficiency with Revit-BIM* Strong skills in Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)* Team player with technical excellence; able to work independently with an innovative mindset* Advanced English* Interest in joining a multinational company and contributing to sustainable projectsRequisitos principales* Flexible schedule* Remote work (1-2 afternoons per week)* Summer timetable (July-August)* Tax-deductible items (e.g., restaurant card, medical insurance)* Life and accident insurance* Work-life balance
Requirements
- Master in Architecture or equivalent
- 1-2 years of professional experience in building projects (national and international)
- Proficiency with Revit-BIM
- Strong skills in Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Team player with technical excellence; able to work independently with an innovative mindset
- Advanced English
- Interest in joining a multinational company and contributing to sustainable projects
