Campus Transformation Deployment Technician

Main Responsibilities Build, image, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop computers across multiple business and healthcare locations. Prepare and stage endpoint devices to ensure users are fully operational on deployment day. Label, install, and support printers throughout various facilities and office locations. Support office move activities including disconnecting, relocating, reconnecting, and validating workstation equipment. Provide day-of and post-move support to quickly resolve technology issues and ensure business continuity. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, monitor, peripheral, and connectivity issues. Assist with workstation deployments, hardware refresh initiatives, and technology migration projects. Support WOW cart deployments, installations, and technology rollouts alongside project and deployment teams. Assist with basic network connectivity troubleshooting and endpoint device support. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams by participating in meetings and providing project status updates. Document deployment activities, asset assignments, support requests, and project progress. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams as needed. Travel to additional sites throughout Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island in support of deployment and desktop support initiatives. Ideally this person should have 2-5 years of desktop support, deployment, field service, or end-user support experience. The team is responsible for supporting enterprise technology deployments, workstation relocations, hardware refresh initiatives, and daily desktop support operations across multiple locations. This individual will play a key role in PC deployments, office move support, printer initiatives, and endpoint technology projects.

Deployment, Desktop, Hardware, Troubleshooting, Imaging, Windows 11, Windows 10, Support, Customer service, Technical support, Tickets, Printers, Computer Builds, Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience supporting users in fast-paced enterprise environments. Previous deployment, migration, or workstation refresh project experience preferred. Experience supporting office relocations and technology move activities preferred. Comfortable traveling between multiple locations throughout New York City. Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
