SIA Rollout & Migration

• Support migration from legacy Idira models to SIA architecture
• Configure and deploy SIA connectors (Windows-based, for Windows/Linux targets)
• Support API-driven connector deployment at scale Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP)
• Develop and implement attribute-based access control (ABAC) policies to support ZSP
• Configure fine-grained, time-bound privileged access
• Support ZSP access patterns for developer personas (CLI and web-based access) Testing, Validation & Optimization
• Build and validate test environments prior to production rollout
• Conduct connectivity validation (Windows, Linux, databases) for SIA ZSP using local credentials as strong accounts
• Perform regression testing on SIA/ZSP workflows Adoption & Support
• Partner with application, security, and engineering teams to support SIA/ZSP adoption
• Act as a hands-on technical resource for teams transitioning to SIA/ZSP
• Support stakeholder education on user experience and process changes tied to SIA/ZSP Required Experience & Skills

• Hands-on experience with Idira PAM, specifically SIA architecture
• Working knowledge of Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP) and ABAC-based access controls
• Comfort with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, APIs) for connector deployment
• Ability to work independently, research solutions, and troubleshoot without heavy oversight
• Solid communication skills for working with application and engineering teams Key Traits
