We are seeking a versatile, experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Java/React application development. This position will be focused on application development projects using Java and PrimeReact on a Kubernetes platform. The selected candidate will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and the technical engineering team, ensuring requirements are effectively translated into scalable, modern web applications., Requirements & Analysis

• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, interviews, and storyboarding sessions to identify:

o Business objectives

o Functionality gaps

o Business processes

• Provide system analysis to identify integrations and assess impacts to existing processes and functions across teams.

• Assist the Project Manager with

• Minimum of 10-12 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in enterprise Java/React ecosystems.

Technical Skills:

• Deep foundational understanding of:

o Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

o APIs

o Microservices

o Modern UI/UX principles

• Exceptional capability with:

o Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

o Jira

o Confluence
