  • Develop user interactive front-end applications using ReactJS, HTML5, XHTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and Bootstrap.

  • Implement event driven architectures using Apache Kafka to support real time synchronization across distributed PBM systems.

  • Create reusable service libraries and build responsive client server workflows using AJAX and JSON for secure data exchange.

  • Design and implement API endpoints to support automated data exchange, user provisioning, and identity and access management workflows, integrating enterprise systems through Boomi middleware and Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

  • Utilize GitHub for version control and collaborative development, use Node.js and NPM scripts for build and test automation, and leverage Spring IoC and Dependency Injection to create modular and maintainable application components.

  • Write and maintain JUnit test suites, implement observability solutions using Dynatrace and New Relic, and enforce static code quality standards via SonarQube.

  • Support deployment of software components into integration and QA environments and utilize AWS and OpenShift for hosting, monitoring, and continuous integration of enterprise healthcare applications.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in any software engineering role in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (“PBM”) domain.

  • Will accept a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience.

  • Must have experience with: claims adjudication, eligibility, benefit configuration, formulary logic, and regulatory compliance workflows;

  • Backend software development using Java and Spring Boot including Microservices Architecture, REST API design, Dependency Injection, and Distributed System Engineering;

  • Front-end application development using ReactJS including building dynamic, responsive, and accessible user interfaces aligned with healthcare and PBM workflows;

  • Web Development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and Bootstrap;
