Job description

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead who can lead an agile delivery team, serve as Scrum Master, and provide hands-on technical direction to drive high-quality outcomes., * Lead and mentor developers; set coding standards and ensure delivery quality.

  • Act as Scrum Master: facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and maintain team velocity.
  • Drive technical direction and align implementation to architecture and best practices.
  • Design and develop POCs to validate approaches and de-risk delivery.
  • Prepare and present solution options, tradeoffs, and recommendations to governance bodies (e.g., Technical Review Board).
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and operations to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

This role requires a strong mix of technical leadership, solutioning, and delivery execution, including the ability to design and build POCs and present recommendations to a Technical Review Board., * Strong hands-on development experience with .NET

  • Experience with IBM FileNet
  • Strong database experience with Oracle
  • Experience building and operating solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including
  • Strong communication skills (technical storytelling, executive-ready presentations), * Prior tech lead experience in regulated or enterprise environments
  • CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud operations experience
