Design Integration Manager - Data Centers

Arcadis is the world’s leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets.We are more than 36,000 people, in over 70 countries, dedicated to improving quality of life.Everyone has an important role to play.With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role descriptionWe are looking for a Design Integration Manager - Data Centers (f/m/d) who will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and integration of all design aspects across project stakeholders.This role is pivotal in aligning design deliverables with project milestones, facilitating integration workshops, and overseeing documentation and reporting processes on the Iberian campus.Role accountabilitiesParticipation in Design MeetingsAttend and actively participate in all design?related meetings.Represent the integration perspective to ensure alignment between disciplines.Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.Ensure seamless communication among all parties involved in the design process.Cross?Disciplinary Design CoordinationManage design coordination across all specialties, including Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed).Monitor and manage design changes and variations, ensuring timely communication and approval.Timeline & Milestone ManagementMonitor design timelines to ensure they align with overall project milestones.Proactively address any potential delays or risks to the schedule.Documentation & Digital ToolsOversee the use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ensuring accurate records of all design deliverables, revisions, and correspondence.Maintain interface trackers and integration matrices for the DCI (Design Coordination & Integration) scope.Integration Workshops & CloseoutFacilitate and document integration workshops to resolve technical and coordination issues.Drive the closeout of all design, construction, and commissioning interfaces.Reporting & CommunicationDeliver integration logs, risk registers, meeting notes, and weekly reports.Provide regular updates and progress reports to project management and the client.Report progress to project leadership and update client systems.ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to all project procedures and reporting cycles.Qualifications & ExperienceTechnical degree required (Architecture, Engineering, or related field)Previous experience in Data Centre integration design rolesMandatory fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferredWillingness for geographic relocationStrong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skillsThorough understanding of multi?disciplinary design processesExperience with digital tools for design management (e.g., ACC)Proactive risk and issue managementOur Commitment to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & BelongingWe want you to be able to bring your best self to work every day, which is why we take equality and inclusion seriously and hold ourselves to account for our actions.Our ambition is to be an employer of choice and provide a great place to work for all our people.#J-*****-Ljbffr
