Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you join Allianz’s brand-new hunting team within the Allianz Cyber Defense Center to shape next-generation threat hunting.You will build automated, AI-enabled detection capabilities and perform hypothesis-driven hunts to uncover advanced threats.You’ll collaborate with Detection Engineering, Incident Response and Threat Intelligence to enhance security coverage across a global environment.Your work directly supports safeguarding millions of users and systems by transforming threat intelligence into proactive defenses.This position offers the chance to influence a growing capability from the ground up in a global, collaborative setting.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design and execute hypothesis-driven threat hunting activities- Build and evolve automated, scalable hunting capabilities using ML and agent-based approaches- Conduct continuous compromise assessments across Allianz systems- Analyze security events, logs, and network data to detect anomalies- Collaborate with Detection Engineering, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence teams- Integrate threat intelligence into hunting workflows and adapt strategies to emerging threats- Contribute to tool, methodology, and automation improvements within ACDCResponsabilidades- 6+ years in threat hunting, security operations, or incident response in complex environments- Hands-on experience with EDR (CrowdStrike, Defender) and SIEM/log analysis- Solid understanding of attacker behavior, TTPs, and applying them in hunting- Programming and automation skills (Python, Go) for scalable detection solutions- Strong analytical mindset to correlate data from multiple sources- Experience working in collaborative international environments and coordinating with stakeholders- Fluency in English and ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiencesRequisitos principales- hybrid work model with remote and in-person options- company bonus scheme- pension- employee shares program- career development and digital learning- flexible working arrangements

Requirements

6+ years in threat hunting, security operations, or incident response in complex environments

  • Hands-on experience with EDR (CrowdStrike, Defender) and SIEM/log analysis
  • Solid understanding of attacker behavior, TTPs, and applying them in hunting
  • Programming and automation skills (Python, Go) for scalable detection solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset to correlate data from multiple sources
  • Experience working in collaborative international environments and coordinating with stakeholders
