Bot Developer - Conversational AI

Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, FAQs, Knowledge Bases, and Copilot solutions - Support technical documentation, best practices, estimations, and solution proposals - Collaborate with international teams to ensure smooth project delivery What We Are Looking For - 4+ years of experience in software development, bot development, Conversational AI, or similar roles - Experience developing and deploying chatbots and/or voicebots in production - Knowledge of at least one Conversational AI platform: Cognigy, IBM Watson Assistant, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Amazon Lex - Programming skills in Python and/or Node.js / JavaScript - Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, JSON, Git, and SDLC practices - Understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, NLU, conversational design, ASR, TTS, and SSML - Cloud exposure with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus - Excellent English skills NICE TO HAVE - German and/or Spanish - Contact center or telephony integration
