IT Program Manager Payments & Capital Markets

The Investments & Capital Markets team is seeking an experienced IT Program Management Specialist to join the Business Technology Office. This is a strategic role within the Program Management Office responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of IT and business transformation initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of progressive program management experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, preparing management reports, and facilitating effective communication across teams., responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of IT and business transformation initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of progressive program management experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, preparing management reports, and facilitating effective communication across teams.

Must Have Qualifications: Must have 7+ years of IT Program Management experience. Ideal candidate is highly organized and excels at stakeholder management and communication. Candidate must be well round project managers with a background in technologies and financial services. Experience with Capital Markets or quantitative expertise is preferred. Must have working knowledge of Jira or similar PM tools. Agile or other project management certifications is a plus.
