Sap S/4hana Finance Consultant

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Contract: Minimum 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension) Start: ASAP ECM Talent is supporting a leading global organisation undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation across its international finance landscape. We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to play a key role in shaping the future finance processes of a complex multinational business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term programme with significant investment, work alongside senior business stakeholders, and influence the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance. Responsibilities - Lead Finance process design workshops with business stakeholders. - Drive detailed design discussions and translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. - Configure and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance functionality in line with business requirements. - Provide functional expertise across core

Finance processes. - Collaborate closely with business users, solution architects, developers and project management teams. - Support solution design, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities. - Provide guidance on SAP best practices and standard S/4HANA functionality. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Required Experience - Minimum 10 years’ SAP Finance consulting experience. - Strong functional expertise across: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Intercompany Accounting - Proven ability to lead business workshops and detailed design sessions. - Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes. - Experience working within large international organisations. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional project teams.
